Nasaman Oil and Gas is a fully owned subsidiary of Nasaman Group of Companies, which was incorporated in the year 2005 as a Local Content Vehicle to pursue the aspiration of the Federal Government of Nigeria for greater participation of the Nigerian companies in the upstream sub-sector of the Nigerian Oil and Gas sector.

Nasaman Oil and Gas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nasaman Group of Companies established in the year 2000. The group is a highly integrated energy company which started in the area of procurement, installations, maintenance, purchasing, processing, shipping and marketing of refined products, and lately exploration and production of oil and gas. Other members of the Nasaman Group of Companies include Nasaman Oil Services Ltd, Nasaman Oil services Ltd, S. A., Nasaman Oil Services Ltd Broking Ltd, Virginia, Nasaman Oil Services Ltd Commodities (BVI), Incore International Group South Africa. Nasaman also has operational and trading offices in Rockville, Abuja, Lagos, London and Johannesburg, and tank farms in Kaduna and Calabar.Since inception, the company has demonstrated that a purely indigenous effort can play an important role internationally in the business of oil trading and exploration and production, which has remained a specialized domain of multinational companies.

 Our Company is owned by reputable Nigerians with a wealth of experience in Oil and Gas, as well as diverse industries. It was incorporated in 2005 with a broad objective of carrying out a commercially viable  business across all segments (upstream, middle stream, and downstream) of the petroleum and energy sector. The company's wealth of technical and managerial skills, and its strategic alliance with renowned companies uniquely position it to take advantage of its vertical intergration strategy as the opportunities in the Nigerian energy sector present themselves.

First and foremost Nasaman has built its foundations on strong marketing and consultancy based business in order to advise and facilitate the procurement of upstream oil assets. These upstream interests have been acquired through oil concessions in its own name and as an agent for third party investors. We pride ourselves in many years of experience in E&P (energy and petroleum) activities and built solid relationships and affiliations with the major market leaders in the sector.
